President Director & Chief Executive Officer

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1976. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and a Master's degree in Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Prior to his appointment as President Director & CEO, he held various strategic roles at PT Pertamina (Persero), including VP LNG (2019–2024), LNG Operations Manager (2018–2019), Downstream Commercial Manager (2015–2016), and Senior Analyst for Strategic Planning & Optimization (2013–2015).

Throughout his career, he has received numerous prestigious awards, including: Top 10 Award of Excellence in LNG from S&P Global Platts (2019), Top Leader on CSR Commitment from Top Business Magazine (2024 & 2025), Best CEO for QHSE Excellence from IQSA (2024), Green Leadership Award from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (2024), and The Most Committed GRC Leader from Top Business Magazine (2025).

Feri Sulistyo Nugroho

Director & Chief Operating Officer

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1973. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Master of Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He also holds several professional certifications, including Engineering Fundamentals and Professional Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin (USA), and Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP).

He began his career at PT Badak NGL in 1999 as a Mechanical Engineer in the Projects Department. Prior to his appointment as Director & COO, he served as VP Business Support (2021–2023), VP Production (2023–2025), and Acting Director & COO (2025–2026).
